This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases of giveaway entries made through Official35five at www.official35five.com.

All Entry Purchases Are Final

All giveaway entry purchases are final and non-refundable once the order has been completed and the entry has been issued or confirmed.

By purchasing an entry, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a chance to participate in the giveaway and not a physical product that can be returned or exchanged.

No Returns or Exchanges

Because giveaway entries are digital participation entries, there are no physical products to return. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an entry purchase has been processed.

Exceptions

A refund may only be considered in the following situations:

A duplicate charge was made by mistake.
An incorrect amount was charged due to a technical error.
The giveaway is canceled by Official35five.
A payment was processed without authorization and is verified as unauthorized.
A refund is required by applicable law.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Canceled Giveaway

If the giveaway is canceled for any reason, Official35five may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law and the Official Rules, either:

Issue refunds to eligible participants; or
Provide an alternative resolution as stated in the Official Rules.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there was an error with your payment, please contact us first before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.

We will review your request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
