Prize Delivery & Pickup Policy

This Prize Delivery & Pickup Policy applies to the motorcycle giveaway offered by Official35five through www.official35five.com.

Digital Entries

Giveaway entries are digital participation entries. No physical ticket will be shipped to participants after purchase.

Motorcycle Prize Delivery

If the winner is selected and verified according to the Official Giveaway Rules, the motorcycle will be made available for pickup at a location designated by Official35five.

Winner Pickup Option

The winner may choose to travel and pick up the motorcycle in person. Any travel-related expenses, including flights, fuel, lodging, meals, transportation, time off work, or any other personal costs, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Vehicle Transport Option

The winner may choose to hire a licensed and insured vehicle transport company to deliver the motorcycle to their state or chosen destination.

All transportation, shipping, delivery, handling, insurance, and related costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Official35five is not responsible for arranging, paying for, or guaranteeing third-party transportation services.

Required Documentation

Before the motorcycle is released, the winner may be required to provide valid identification, complete any required winner verification documents, sign a prize release form, and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Title, Taxes, Registration, and Fees

Unless otherwise stated in the Official Giveaway Rules, the winner is solely responsible for any taxes, title transfer fees, registration fees, license fees, insurance, inspection requirements, and any other costs associated with claiming, transporting, registering, or using the motorcycle.

Risk of Loss

Once the motorcycle is picked up by the winner or released to the winner’s selected transport company, the risk of loss, damage, delay, or additional charges transfers to the winner.

Official35five is not responsible for damage, delays, loss, theft, or issues caused by any third-party carrier, transporter, or service provider selected by the winner.

Failure to Claim the Prize

If the winner does not complete the required verification process, does not respond within the required timeframe, or fails to arrange pickup or transportation within the timeframe stated in the Official Giveaway Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, subject to applicable law.
